00786.jpgHello my name is Erik and my birthday is on August 25th. I am 12 years old. I live in Sangüesa and at this moment, I am studying in C.P Luis Gil. I have two brothers, their names are Mikel and Eneko. My mother is Milagros and my father is Jorge.
My favourite sport is football. I speak 3 languages: Catalan, English and Spanish. My favourite TV programme is La Que Se Avecina. My favourite subjets are P.E. and English. In my free time, I like playing football and playing computer games. My favourite football team is Barça and my favourite football players are Messi and Pedrito. My favourite film is THE SIMSONS.
I have a pet, its name is Cavita. My best friends are Diego, Andres, Jesùs, Óscar, Fermin, Mateo and Jon. My favourite food is pizza. I sometimes like reading comics in my free time. I like riding my bike with my brother. My favourite animal is the wolf. When I am older I want to be football player, I love it.

How to make 'Cheesy potatoes'

Ingredients:
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
  1. Place diced potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender
  3. Drain and cool. Mix together potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and grated cheese.
  4. Place mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
